Today I spent about 4 hours trying to some-what improve our forums.
The results:

-New Theme
-Forum Staff Promotion
-New Chatbox
-More Topics Added
-More Sub-Topics Added
-Groups Added
-Ranked Members Name Color
-Tried adding crowns, will try again later.
-Quick Reply Added.
-Web client direct link added.

If you have any suggestions as to what else I should add, feel free to suggest them on the "suggestions" thread.
